$200 per team up to ten bowlers per lane *or*

Each bowler is encouraged to bring at least $100 in pledges the day of the bowl-a thon. Pledges can come from family, friends, co-workers and neighbors. It’s EASY!

We’re compiling a cookbook with recipes from all our readers! It will be a SUPER cookbook full of great recipes and inspiration. A MUST HAVE for all cooks!

Directions:

1. Email Lauren your favorite recipe(s) – be sure to include your name as you want it to appear in the cookbook & your hometown

2. Please also include a picture of yourself &/or your family – we’ll print them too. It'll be a great way to 'get to know each other' & may be my best chance at meeting you all!

3. Optional : submit a quote or message to Emerson

We need all types of recipes – we’ll have a section for appetizers, main dishes, desserts, drinks, etc…

ALL proceeds from the sale of the cookbooks will go directly to Eme’s COTA fund!
